If our items are in stock, they will usually be delivered to you after payment the next delivery day*.
- Orders placed on working days will be shipped within 24 hours
- Orders that are made at Friday will be delivered at Tuesday.

Items that are in stock at our suppliers can usually be delivered to you within 4 to 5 days after payment. If this is not possible for a reason, we will of course inform you directly via the mail and we will ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible. Different delivery times apply outside the Netherlands.

How do I know if a product is in stock?
The delivery time is indicated on the product page :
– In stock = shipped within 24 hours
– In Stock Now = 4 to 5 days delivery.
– 3 weeks delivery = special order with a supplier abroad.
What happens when I order several products with different delivery times?
In this case we wait until the order is complete, so we can send it to you in one shipment. If you prefer to receive part of your order sooner, please create two separate orders.
Who delivers my order?
All deliveries are made by PostNL. They deliver your order (day, evening or on Saturdays) at the delivery address specified by you.
What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
If you are not home at the time of delivery then the shipment company will try to deliver the package on another occasion. Are you also not at home at that time, you will receive a message of the shipment company and you can pick up the package at the nearest collection point.
Can I make a delivery appointment?
